Terms of Use for SpineFlow
Last updated: May 7, 2026
SpineFlow is developed by Fate Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using SpineFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Description of Service
SpineFlow is a spinal health, posture support, and guided movement app for Android. The app helps users build healthier back care habits, including:
- Guided exercises, stretches, routines, and movement sessions
- Posture support tools, habit prompts, and movement reminders
- Back comfort, mobility, stiffness, posture, and progress tracking
- Goals, check-ins, review history, reports, and reminders
- Backup and export features that you choose to use
SpineFlow is designed to keep user-entered app data on your device. Fate Studio does not operate cloud storage, cloud sync, cloud backup, or account-based recovery for your in-app data.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use SpineFlow only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not misuse, disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the security of your device, and any backup files, exports, or reports you create.
You are also responsible for manually exporting and safely storing any data you want to keep, restore, or transfer to another phone or device.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
SpineFlow is provided for personal wellness, movement support, posture awareness, and progress tracking only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or professional healthcare services.
Back pain, spinal discomfort, numbness, weakness, injury, or limited mobility can involve medical conditions that require professional assessment. You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing an exercise, stretching, posture, or movement program, especially if you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, numbness, weakness, or symptoms that concern you.
You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, stretch, posture prompt, reminder, or activity is appropriate for you. Stop using any movement or exercise that causes pain, dizziness, numbness, weakness, shortness of breath, or worsening symptoms, and seek medical advice where appropriate.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of SpineFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because SpineFlow is designed around local storage and because Fate Studio does not store your in-app data in our cloud, we cannot restore data that exists only on your device.
Uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, resetting your device, replacing your phone, transferring to a new phone, losing your phone, or losing access to your phone may permanently delete your in-app data unless you previously created and safely stored your own export or backup file.
You are responsible for creating, exporting, transferring, and safely storing any backups, exports, or reports you need. If you do not have access to your device or to a backup/export that you created, Fate Studio may not be able to recover your data. This is a direct result of our privacy-first design: we do not keep copies of your in-app information on our servers.
5. Intellectual Property
SpineFlow, including its design, branding, interface, features, text, exercise presentation, and related materials, is owned by Fate Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app except where permitted by law or with our written permission.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
If SpineFlow offers paid or premium features, purchases and subscriptions may be handled through Google Play or another platform shown at checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the platform where you purchased them. You are responsible for managing cancellations, renewals, refunds, and payment settings through that platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fate Studio is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of SpineFlow, including:
- Loss, corruption, or deletion of exercise history, posture records, pain or mobility notes, progress data, backups, exports, or reports, including data loss caused by uninstalling the app, changing phones, transferring devices, losing device access, clearing app storage, or failing to create and retain an export or backup
- Pain, injury, health issues, worsening symptoms, delayed treatment, or undesired results related to exercises, stretches, posture prompts, reminders, or movement activity
- Device issues, software conflicts, interruption, or unavailability
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SpineFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that guided exercises, posture support, reminders, progress records, exports, or app features will be error-free, uninterrupted, medically appropriate, or produce any particular health, pain relief, posture, mobility, or fitness result.
9. Changes, Suspension, or Termination
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to SpineFlow or any part of the app at any time, including if misuse is detected or if ongoing operation is no longer practical.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of SpineFlow after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
