Overview

SpineFlow is an offline-first spinal health and movement support app for Android. The app is designed to help users reduce back discomfort, build healthier posture habits, follow guided exercises, receive movement reminders, and track personal progress.

SpineFlow is designed to store user-entered app data locally on your device. Fate Studio does not operate cloud storage, cloud sync, cloud backup, or account-based recovery for your in-app data. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.

Information the App Processes

Depending on how you use SpineFlow, the app may process information that you enter directly, including:

• Profile, wellness, and spinal health preference information
• Back pain, stiffness, mobility, posture, or comfort notes that you choose to record
• Guided exercise activity, completed routines, movement history, and progress records
• Posture support settings, movement reminder settings, and habit preferences
• Optional goals, check-ins, streaks, review data, or recovery progress details
• App settings and preferences
• Optional device protection settings such as PIN or biometric unlock preferences

This information is stored locally on your device as part of the app's normal operation.

Local Storage, Exports, and Recovery

Because your in-app data is kept on your device and not stored in a Fate Studio cloud service, Fate Studio does not have a copy of your exercise history, posture settings, pain or mobility notes, reminder settings, goals, backups, exports, or reports.

If you uninstall SpineFlow, clear the app's storage, reset your phone, replace your phone, transfer to a new phone, lose your phone, or lose access to your phone, your in-app data may be permanently lost unless you previously created and safely stored your own export or backup file.

You are responsible for manually exporting and safeguarding any data you want to keep or move to another device. If you no longer have access to the device or to a backup/export that you created, Fate Studio may not be able to recover your data. This local-first approach is intentional because we value customer privacy and do not keep copies of your in-app information on our servers.

How Data Is Used

SpineFlow uses your information to provide app features, including:

• Displaying guided exercise routines, posture support tools, progress records, and habit history
• Generating local movement reminders and notifications
• Supporting optional app security features
• Creating local backup files or exports when you request them
• Updating app widgets or progress views when enabled

Data Sharing

SpineFlow does not share your personal data with Fate Studio or other third parties for advertising or analytics.

The app may share data only when you explicitly choose to export or share files using Android system features, such as:

• Exported backup files
• Encrypted backup files, where available
• Exported exercise, posture, reminder, or progress reports

Any sharing of exported files is initiated by you. Fate Studio does not automatically receive or store these files.

Data Collection by the Developer

SpineFlow is designed so that Fate Studio does not collect, upload, sync, or store your back pain notes, spinal health information, posture settings, exercise history, reminder history, progress records, or other in-app personal data from the app during normal use.

If you contact us for support by email, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Notifications

If you enable reminders or notifications, SpineFlow may create local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated locally for app functionality and are not used for advertising.

Health Information

Information you enter into SpineFlow may relate to your health, comfort, mobility, posture, pain, or exercise habits. This information remains stored locally on your device during normal app use and is not stored in a Fate Studio cloud service.

Security

SpineFlow may include optional privacy and security features such as:

• Device PIN protection
• Biometric unlock on supported devices
• Secure-screen protection on supported Android devices
• Optional encrypted backup export, where available

No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary data exposure by keeping app data local and by not storing your in-app data in a Fate Studio cloud service.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because SpineFlow stores in-app data on your device rather than in a Fate Studio cloud service, you control retention and deletion of that data.

You can delete your data by:

• Using in-app reset or clear features, where available
• Clearing the app's storage in Android settings
• Deleting exported files you created
• Uninstalling the app

Deleting local app data or uninstalling the app may permanently delete in-app data unless you have already created and saved your own export or backup file outside the app.

If you email us directly, we may retain that correspondence as needed to respond to your request or for recordkeeping. Support emails are separate from the in-app data that SpineFlow stores locally on your device.

Children

SpineFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
