Overview

GlowUp Gym is an offline-first fitness and gym progress app for Android. The app is designed to help users track workouts, training goals, gym habits, and personal fitness progress.

GlowUp Gym is designed to store user-entered app data locally on your device. Fate Studio does not operate cloud storage, cloud sync, cloud backup, or account-based recovery for your in-app data. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app.

Information the App Processes

Depending on how you use GlowUp Gym, the app may process information that you enter directly, including:

• Profile and fitness planning information
• Workout routines, exercise entries, sets, reps, weights, and training notes
• Fitness goals, progress records, and review data
• Optional progress photos that you choose to add
• Optional body measurements or progress details that you choose to record
• App settings and preferences
• Optional device protection settings such as PIN or biometric unlock preferences

This information is stored locally on your device as part of the app's normal operation.

Progress photos you choose to add are stored locally on your device. Fate Studio does not receive, upload, sync, or store your progress photos, and they are not sent to Google Analytics.

Local Storage, Exports, and Recovery

Because your in-app data is kept on your device and not stored in a Fate Studio cloud service, Fate Studio does not have a copy of your workout logs, training goals, progress photos, body measurements, settings, backups, or reports.

If you uninstall GlowUp Gym, clear the app's storage, reset your phone, replace your phone, transfer to a new phone, lose your phone, or lose access to your phone, your in-app data may be permanently lost unless you previously created and safely stored your own export or backup file.

You are responsible for manually exporting and safeguarding any data you want to keep or move to another device. If you no longer have access to the device or to a backup/export that you created, Fate Studio may not be able to recover your data. This local-first approach is intentional because we value customer privacy and do not keep copies of your in-app information on our servers.

How Data Is Used

GlowUp Gym uses your information to provide app features, including:

• Displaying workout logs, dashboards, goals, and progress
• Generating local reminders and notifications
• Supporting optional app security features
• Creating local backup files or exports when you request them
• Updating app widgets or progress views when enabled

Analytics and Third-Party Services

GlowUp Gym uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage, improve app reliability, and learn which features are helpful. Analytics may collect app interaction events, session information, approximate location, device and app information, and app-instance identifiers.

We use analytics for aggregated product insights and app improvement. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or ad personalization, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

We do not use Google Analytics to collect workout entries, training notes, progress photos, body measurements, backup files, exported reports, or other content you enter into GlowUp Gym.

Data Sharing

Limited analytics data may be sent to Google Analytics for Firebase so we can understand app usage and improve GlowUp Gym. Your user-entered fitness content remains local unless you choose to export or share it.

The app may share data only when you explicitly choose to export or share files using Android system features, such as:

• Exported backup files
• Encrypted backup files, where available
• Exported workout, progress, or review reports

Any sharing of exported files is initiated by you. Fate Studio does not automatically receive or store these files.

Data Collection by the Developer

Except for limited analytics data described above, GlowUp Gym is designed so that Fate Studio does not collect, upload, sync, or store your workout entries, fitness goals, progress photos, body measurements, or other in-app personal data from the app during normal use.

If you contact us for support by email, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Notifications

If you enable reminders or notifications, GlowUp Gym may create local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated locally for app functionality and are not used for advertising.

Security

GlowUp Gym includes optional privacy and security features such as:

• Device PIN protection
• Biometric unlock on supported devices
• Secure-screen protection on supported Android devices
• Optional encrypted backup export, where available

No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to limit unnecessary data exposure by keeping app data local and by not storing your in-app data in a Fate Studio cloud service.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because GlowUp Gym stores in-app data on your device rather than in a Fate Studio cloud service, you control retention and deletion of that data.

You can delete your data by:

• Using in-app reset or clear features, where available
• Clearing the app's storage in Android settings
• Deleting exported files you created
• Uninstalling the app

Deleting local app data or uninstalling the app may permanently delete in-app data unless you have already created and saved your own export or backup file outside the app.

If you email us directly, we may retain that correspondence as needed to respond to your request or for recordkeeping. Support emails are separate from the in-app data that GlowUp Gym stores locally on your device.

Children

GlowUp Gym is not directed to children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
